Warranty and Repair
  • Guarantee for two years on manufacturing quality of the product, except for accessories and attachments.

  • 15 days maximum for repair  from the date of the maintenance request (not including the time required to provide spare parts)

  • Providing rare spare parts within a maximum period of 14 days from the date of requesting the piece

  • The customer has the right to obtain a temporary device or get 1/4 (equivalent to 0.25%) of the value of the device for each day of delay in maintenance in the cases stipulated by law

  • Commitment to a 30-day quality maintenance guarantee

  • Obligation to respond to customer complaints, provide the required data, update the customer with the complaint process within 5 days, and final respond to the complaint within a period not exceeding 30 days

And this is on brands that belong to jawharat hajer as an authorized maintenance center for it in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia

For other brands, the customer must communicate directly with the maintenance centers approved by the local agent

General Terms:

  • The warranty period starts from the date of purchase written on the invoice and In order to benefit from the after-sales services, the customer must keep the original invoice and present it upon request for maintenance.

  • If the spare parts are specially designed for the consumer or have special technical specifications, the time of their provision shall be agreed upon with the consumer separately.

  • The warranty does not include consumable parts such as inks. For more details, please refer to the warranty booklet attached to the device.

  • The consumer has the right to obtain an alternative commodity or recover the purchase value (deducted from the fair use value) in the cases indicated in the provisions for providing maintenance, providing spare parts, and ensuring the quality of manufacture issued by the Ministry of Commerce and Industry.

  • The life span of each product varies, and you can refer to the product manual to find out the shelf life of the commodity that the consumer would like to purchase.

  • Warranty and maintenance services provided by the agent or supplier are not considered the responsibility of Jawharat Hajar, and this includes the availability of spare parts, repair time, and service quality. The customer must communicate directly with the agent or supplier in the event of any complaint or claim.

General exclusions not covered under the manufacturer's warranty:

  • Defects or malfunctions arising from consumer misuse, non-compliance with usage instructions, negligence, accidents, vandalism, maintenance work not in conformity with product recommendations, or negligence in carrying out maintenance.

  • If the serial numbers have been tampered with or changed.

  • Replacement costs for missing or worn parts (buttons, remote controls, roll films, discs, bulbs, batteries, etc..)

  • Paint defects, dents, and problems due to inaccurate, non-factory licensed installations
